QUICK CHANGE SPRAY NOZZLES
Big color coded halos allow speedy recognition of fan angle. compatible on quick connects by just about all manufacturers. Hardened stainless steel orifices offer good wear resistance compared to standard case hardened nozzles. Stainless steel housing resists cracking and wear. Laser marked for clarity and durability.
ROTATING NOZZLES
Rotating Nozzles are configured to clean with the impingement of zero degree flat spray nozzles only with the pattern of a twenty-five degree nozzle. Rotating nozzles will lower your cleaning time in half. With a rotating nozzle, there are many things you can pressure wash like; rust, tank cleaning, paint and graffiti removal, bricks, concrete, gum on concrete, boats, and the list goes on.
NOTE: every rotating nozzle must be started with the nozzle pointing down at the ground. This makes sure you don’t damage the ceramic orifice. It is also recommended that you use a high pressure filter with rotating nozzles. Eye protection should be worn as well when using a rotating nozzle.
HIGH PRESSURE NOZZLE FILTERS
Extend the life of rotating nozzles! Threads on inlet of nozzle and outlet of lance or gun to prevent dirt or other damaging particles from entering nozzle.
HIGH/LOW VARIABLE
Hi-lo variable fan nozzle capable of dispensing soap at low pressure, and water at high pressure. Fan pattern can be adjusted from zero degrees to 80 degrees by twisting the casing. Designed for industrial usage. Eliminates the need for a dual lance or dual nozzle holder.
ROTATING SEWER NOZZLES
Rotating Sewer nozzles are constructed physically small for cornering ability. Backward ports drive the nozzle forward and flush debris while forward port blast into and breaks up clog and debris. The Rotation of this nozzle adds extra agitation and surface cleaning. Corrosion resistant stainless steel construction. Recommended to be used with sewer hose for greater flexibility, or with a standard pressure hose.
FLAT NOZZLES
Flat nozzles are generally found with Karcher pressure washers. Washjet spray tips produce spray distribution of medium sized droplets. The spray tip orifice is machined to accurately control the pressure washers flow rate. Milled flats on the spray tip are parallel to the plane of the spray pattern, providing a quick visual reference for spray alignment. The orifice is also recessed to protect against damage. Spray tips are designed to be used with high pressure nozzle bodies. These high pressure spray tips feature a flat spray pattern with spray angles from zero to sixty-five .
SPRAYING SYTEMS 1/8″ SPRAY NOZZLES
Washjet nozzles are designed and manufactured to deliver a fine, concentrated line of spray for the best consistency throughout the spray pattern. These tips can be used for pressures as high as 4000 PSI, These nozzles have a flat spray pattern in many angles from zero to sixty-five . They are also made of hardened stainless steel.
